1 Scoop of the provided spoon or 1 teaspoon of spirulina
1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
Add a honey or stevia to sweeten
Finally, drink up!
